What is it?
The Silva-Supportive Sling, specifically designed to accommodate a range of muscle-wasting conditions such as Muscular Dystrophy or conditions like Multiple Sclerosis which cause general fatigue.
Incorporating support for back, thighs and leg areas crucial for those with muscle atrophy. A full length stiffened integral back pack, leg sections and head support define this unique sling design.
Produced in Silva-Superfine Plus (spacer) fabric for superior comfort, the sling is a full body shape with reinforced elasticated side vents to the head support, creating a more structured supportive transfer. Adjustable Hip tapes as standard help to alleviate pressure from the hip area and can help to reduce pressure from behind the knee.
